Basic Pricing Information
- Basic Estimates: Free within the 285 Perimeter
- Quotes Outside the Perimeter: Billed at my hourly rate (Deducted from the cost of installation when hired within 6 months).
- Consultation Fee: $40 per hour (Deducted from the cost of installation when hired within 6 months)
- Detailed Landscape Design and Plans: $250 per area (Deducted from the cost of installation when hired within 6 months)
- Detailed Deck Design and Plans: $250 (Deducted from the cost of installation when hired within 6 months)
- Deck, Landscape, and Hardscape Installation: Labor plus Materials
- Yard Maintenance: Annual contracts, month-to-month, seasonal cleanups available based upon project scope and length of contract.
- Basic Labor Rate for Miscellaneous Jobs: $40 per hour plus material
Payment: 1/2 of the estimated project total is due before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing at the start of the project, the remainder is due upon completion of the work. A 15% Late fee will be added for all payments over 15 days past due.
